简介:博士、讲师、硕士生导师。博士毕业于华中科技大学电子信息与通信学院信息与通信专业。宾夕法尼亚大学(2016-2018)及哈佛大学(2019)博士联合培养博士。哈佛大学(2023-2024)及得克萨斯州西南医学中心(2024-2026)博士后。主要研究方向包括生物医学图像处理、计算机视觉、深度学习,内容涉及图像分割、图像配准、目标追踪、疾病量化评估等。主持重点实验室开放课题5项,在国内外重要学术刊物及学术会议上发表有关SCI/EI/中文核心学术论文60余篇,论文引用1200余次。第一发明人授权发明专利6项。担任20242025年国际会议Intelligent Medicine and Image Processing (IMIP)Technical Program委员。担任IEEE Transactions on Medical ImagingMedical Image AnalysisIEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health InformaticsExpert Systems with ApplicationsMedical PhysicsPhysics in medicine and BiologyBiomedical Signal Processing and ControlPattern RecognitionKnowledge-based SystemsIEEE Transactions on MultimediaNeural NetworksIEEE Internet of Things Journal20多个SCI专业期刊和会议(MICCAIBIBMIMIP)审稿人。


教学工作:自进入武汉工程大学计算机科学与工程学院任教以来,先后承担《汇编语言程序设计》、《计算机导论》、《数字通信原理》、《深度学习》、《网络安全前沿》课程讲授任务,教学评估优秀。
