简介:博士、讲师、硕士生导师。毕业于华中科技大学电子信息与通信学院信息与通信专业。宾夕法尼亚大学(2016-2018)及哈佛大学(2019)博士联合培养博士。哈佛大学(2023-2024)及得克萨斯州西南医学中心(2024-2025)博士后。主要研究方向包括生物医学图像处理、计算机视觉、深度学习,内容涉及图像分割、图像配准、目标追踪、疾病量化评估等。主持重点实验室开放课题5项,在国内外重要学术刊物及学术会议上发表有关SCI/EI/中文核心学术论文50余篇,论文引用890余次。授权发明专利4项。担任IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging、IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics、Physics in medicine and Biology、Expert Systems with Applications、Medical Physics、Biomedical Signal Processing and Control、Pattern Recognition、Knowledge-based Systems、Neural Networks、Frontiers in Neuroscience、MICCAI等SCI专业期刊和会议审稿人。

教学工作:自进入武汉工程大学计算机科学与工程学院任教以来,先后承担《汇编语言程序设计》、《计算机导论》、《数字通信原理》、《深度学习》、《网络安全前沿》课程讲授任务,教学评估优秀。
